Candice Elliott

Something is calling you
and you feel it in your bones.
A part of you yearns to be free.
An old hobby, a fledgling business, a book, something groundbreaking, or maybe something simple. The world tells us to just to do more, reframe, fit it in 10 minutes every day.
But you're at your limit. You can't force yourself to do more because there isn't more available. You're already doing all you can with what you have. You've taken on the responsibility of the desires of others and you have gotten a little lost in the midst of their needs.
It's not your fault. It's the way the systems have been built to treat us women. But it doesn't have to be that way.
ABOUT CANDICE
Candice Elliott is a speaker, author, podcast host, founder of Fortress and Flourish and Back Pocket HR. She helps moms create aligned and profitable consulting businesses so that they can spend time with their kids, and afford the ever increasing costs of raising a family.

This is how I help clear the path:
Speaking
Looking to inspire a group of women to make a meaningful shift? My talks focus on:
-
Selfhood during times of transition
-
Making space for our inner lives
-
Building relationships with our other than human kin
Consulting Mastermind
Are you on the edge of something big? Join me and like-minded women for a mastermind to clarify your unique value, create flexible regenerative income, and design services that you can feel good about.
Goddess Workshop
Goddesses are a doorway to understanding feminity. Baubo, Frigg, Gula, Innana, all show us different facets of womanhood. During this 4 hour ceramics workshop, each participant builds her own goddess from clay.
Candice's expertise is incredibly valuable. She is empowering, trustworthy and genuine.
-Logan Robertson Huecker, Executive Director, Sequoia Land Trust
I feel inspired, like I don't have to keep doing what isn't working, like there's hope for the future.
-Ariel Stirm,
Owner, Botanic and Luxe
To say that she does HR really sells her short. She does so much more than that.
