Thank you for the taking the time to visit my website. I am excited to have the opportunity to help you in your real estate endeavors, and to share my background with you.

I was raised in West Vancouver and have worked in the real estate industry as a member of the Dexter Team since graduating from the University of British Columbia in 2002. Dexter Associates Realty is a boutique firm that has been prominent in the Real Estate Industry since inception in 1983. What I love most about Dexter is that it is comprised of a group of realtors who work together in a team fashion to help property buyers and sellers. I really enjoy working with my Dexter colleagues, and I am constantly impressed by their integrity, professionalism, and work ethic.

At UBC, I majored in both International Relations and Hispanic Studies, and have since gained in depth business and sales experience. As an undergraduate, I spent a year in Guadalajara, Mexico studying at the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM). It was at ITESM that I discovered my love for the Spanish language and things Hispanic, whilst furthering my studies in International Relations. Shortly after joining the Dexter Team, I continued my studies at UBC, obtaining my Real Estate License through the Sauder School of Business. As a result of my studies, I am well versed in international affairs and the world economic system, and how it affects real estate.

I love real estate because I enjoy working with people, and helping them with some of the most important decisions of their lives. I also love real estate because it gives me the opportunity to discover and appreciate different corners of our amazing city. I pride myself on knowing many areas of Greater Vancouver, and have helped clients purchase and sell homes in West and North Vancouver, Vancouver, White Rock, Richmond, and Burnaby. I am a true "local", growing up on the North Shore, attending school in Vancouver (LFA and UBC), and living for seven years in White Rock (before moving back to West Vancouver). I am very comfortable throughout the city, and have spent time helping clients with their real estate transactions in all these areas and others.

In real estate, my goal is to maintain a very involved and "hands on" approach for my clients, and to go well beyond what is the norm. I will always incorporate honesty, integrity, and trust into every aspect of my personal and business life.
